Las cosas empiezan a inclinarse a nuestro favor.

La debacle de los cazas españoles sobre Sidi Ifni y en tierra empiezan a condicionarlos. Vamos a mantener la presión sobre ellos y volcar parte de nuestra atención a las columnas que desde la capital se dirigen a la frontera.

Tratemos de mantener este conflicto acotado al territorio de la colonia española.

Preparen el equipo y a la Sala de Briefing.

Hemos avanzado bastante en la tarea de doblegar las fuerzas del General Granados, pero aún representa una amenaza, no tanto como para la metrópoli España, como para el equilibrio político en el Sahara Occidental.

Poco a poco, estamos consiguiendo la paridad en el aire. Lo que nos lleva a otra vez a atacar las fuerzas en tierra que avanzan hacia las fronteras de Ifni.

Por medio de un periodista de la revista LIFE, tenemos noticias que Granados está movilizando tanques a las fronteras. Estos son del tipo Panzer IV y III, que acompañados por infantería motorizada forman un grupo de combate de importancia para la región, ya que los vecinos carecen de blindados y de medios antitanques.



Nuestro objetivo hay es mantener la presión sobre las PAC enemigas y atacar los puntos pendientes, a más de recorrer la ruta ente Sidi Borya y Id Aisa, destino que creemos tiene el Grupo Blindado español.

Un crucero español, el Menendez Nuñez, se unido a nuestra FT como avanzada del resto de una flota española que se está reuniendo en Cádiz. Realizará tareas de escolta AAA a los portaaviones.



1º Escuadrilla de Ataque

Objetivos a atacar:

A) Columna en Sidi Mohamed ben Daud.

B) Columna en Sidi Borya.

Columna blindada sobre ruta Sidi Borya-Id Aisa.



2º Escuadrilla de Caza y Ataque

Deberá dar escolta a la 1º de Ataque en el ingreso a sus incursiones.

Sólo a la salida de estos, de no haber contactos, podrá cazar libremente a las PAC enemigas que no representen peligro a Ataque.



Reconocimiento

Se utilizará un B-25 de la base aérea de Gando

Fuerza de Tareas

Con rumbo general noreste, se mantendrá paralela a la costa a 55 km/h constantes, virando 180º aproximadamente 1 h 45`del inicio de la misión.

Atención a los escoltas, que marcarán el viraje.

Salimos para atacar el norte y el radar nos indica de posibles contactos de ataque enemigos.
Nos da las coordenadas y nos dirigimos hacia ellos, nos encontramos con 5 contactos 2 cazas y 3 bombers.

Todavia con los cohetes me dispongo a descargarcelos pero no doy , cuando estoy por rebasar a uno le tiro con todo y lo desarmo literalmente en el aire.

Me dirijo a la flota para el apontaje y queda un contacto enemigo que intento entrar en combate pero el motor no me responde y no logro amerizar.

Salimos esta ves para poder atacar, la ciudad costera del norte, escurriéndonos de las pack, entramos al objetivo, atacamos y salgo en solitario ya que mis compañeros caen en el ataque.

Llego al porta hay un contacto evado siempre a baja altura mientras mis compañeros dan caza, logran derribar y voy al apontaje.

Cuando estoy haciendo el circuito no me baja el tren en automático así que lo tengo que hacer en manual, logro extenderlo y aponto el Corsario con algunos hoyos en el .

Esta ves salgo en solitario , me dirijo directo al norte, y entro directo ya que me dejan un espacio libre mis cazas, arrastran las pack .

Ataco dos veces y escapo directo al porta, llego y en el radar figura un contacto, pero se encuentra a mucha altura, lo que me deja tiempo para apontar sin problemas mientras mis cazas dan con el.

Despego del V2 a fin de dar cobertura al grupo de ataque, me dirijo a la zona caliente, luego de patrullar logro derribar a un buchón, engancho a otro pero me quedo sin balas, regreso al V2 y aponto pero no logro enganchar, caigo lentamente por proa.

Despego y me dirijo al sur de Ifni, visualizo a Chape y Balker pero luego los pierdo, decido dirigirme al norte para cubrir a Charru, allí derribo un buchón, retorno a la flota y en el camino detecto a otro, lo derribo, sobre la flota vuelan 3 contactos subo hasta su nivel y persigo a uno, lo destruyo pero sus restos me impactan haciendome explotar.

Panther - Fuel 80% - Default.

El personal de vuelo me ayuda a colocar el arnés mientras escucho las comunicaciones de mis compañeros, que ya están en combate. Voy llevando al reactor lentamente hasta la catapulta y me enganchan. Las G me aplastan contra el respaldo de mi asiento y ya estoy en el aire. Me uno al TN Chape y ponemos rumbo a la costa enemiga. Vamos "pescando" contactos y los arrastramos hacia el mar, lejos de la AAA enemiga. En los combates que siguen, nos vamos turnando con Chape para derribarlos. Recuperamos la formación y sobrevolamos territorio enemigo. Vemos un Ju52 en las cercanías de Ifni y le entramos. Chape es el primero y yo lo termino. En la salida, Chape me pide que persiga a un contacto alto mientras él arrastra a 3 cazas enemigos hacia la flota. La idea era encontrarse con Pepper. El contacto que persigo gira y va tras Chape también. Uno de los Buchones derriba a Chape y yo trato de alcanzar la altura del que perseguía, pero cuando lo estoy por lograr ya me encuentro sobre Ifni y la AAA me empieza a dejar agujeros por todos lados. Me escapo y voy a la FT, donde un caza enemigo muy escurridizo me la complica y se estrella en el mar luego de recibir daños en una de sus alas. Vuelvo y aponto sin novedad.

Me incorporo a las tareas ya iniciadas con algo de retraso, decolo y me uno al Teniente Pepper que orbitaba sobre la FT, con HDG a Sidi Ifni se nos suma  el Capitan Balker. Sobre el sector entramos en combate con varios bandidos intentando dar cobertutra a la 1º escuadra de ataque.

Organizando un movimiento de arrastre soy alcanzado por un Buchon

Salgo como tercer elemento de Ataque, con el objetivo de atacar Sidi Borya.

Sin emabrgo, debemos abandonar los planes ante un ataque a la FT. Trepamos para interceptar, encontrándonos con tres bombarderos y dos cazas.

Mientras Cuervo, el líder y su wingman, Charrúa atacan a los bombarderos, de trenzo con los dos Buchones de escolta, logrando derribar uno pero perdiendo de vista al segundo.

Lo encuentro enseguida, a mis seis. Luego de tratar de sacámelo de encima, termina derribándome.

Salimos de nuevo con el mismo objetivo.

Esperamos mientras Caza despeja la zona y entramos, pero un contacto enemigo se nos viene.

En el apuro, no elijo la mejor manera de entrar y quedo muy expuesto a la AAA enemiga, que se hace valer.

Mientras descargo mis HVAR, un impacto de Flak liviana me mata, con lo que caigo a tierra luego de destruír objetivos terrestres.

Despego como lider de ataque. Apenas estamos en el aire detectamos un grupo de aviones enemigos viniendo directamente hasta la flota. Ceteu se encarga de los cazas, mientras Charrua y yo derribamos a los bombarderos. Los destruimos todos, sin embargo no llegamos con suficiente tiempo como para proteger el acorazado español que es hundido. Mientras perseguia a los bombarderos, los cazas enemigos a mis 6 me causaron gran daño, y al no tener flaps no puede apontar correctamente y me estrelle sobre el portaviones.

Despego como lider de ataque y ponemos rumbo a los objetivos cerca de Sid Ifni. Una vez en la zona, cordinamos con caza para atacar cuando tengamos una ventana libre de aviones enemigos. Procedemos a soltar bombas, y derribamos varios objetivos pero Ceteu y yo somos derribados por la antiarea, y Charrua es el unico que logra escapar.
