INDEPENDENCIA DE OTROS DISPOSITIVOS
No necesita diodos IR o iluminaci?n en la sabiola para funcionar, conocido como el "efecto luciernaga" :P

NO TIENE PUNTOS MUERTOS
El anterior soft que usaba, a veces se quedaba "colgado" en los margenes de la pantalla.

EN CONTRA

FALTA TECLA ACTIVACION
Hay que activarlo fuera y pelear con el cursor hasta entrar al vuelo.

FALTA DE RANGO
Especialmente mas all? de los 90? a los lados y de los 45? arriba/abajo.
Al ampliar la sensibilidad para ampliar el rango, se sufre de una especie de vibraci?n o "tartamudeo" que jode bastante.

LIMITACION DE LUZ
No se puede volar a oscuras o con poca luz, la c?mara necesita recibir el reflejo de la cara.

Yo lo probe con una camara viewsonic 330k y la verdad es que anda pero no me puedo acostrumbrar, con el soft del mouse arriba mencionado anda como pi?a.

De paso si a alguien le interesa vendo la camara viewsonic en 150 pesos. (sale 210 nueva)
este impecable y en garantia

    NewView is a program that provides extra smoothing and enchanced response curves in IL2 Forgotten Battles and LockOn. It enables player to use web camera (with Cam2Pan), mouse, joystick, keyboard, URGear helmet, or any other input device to control panning in the game.

    To Setup NewView:

       1. Unzip the NewView DLL and Config file
          Unzip the DLL and Config file to any directory. You can create a new folder or use an existing one. Here we will assume that you use "C:\Program Files\ Ubi Soft\". Note: the CONFIG.EXE file must always be in the same directory as the DLL file.
       2. Activate TrackIR support in IL2FB.
          To activate TrackIR support, open the conf.ini file in your "Forgotten Battles" folder ("C:\Program Files\ Ubi Soft\IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles") with the Notepad. Find the line in the [rts] section that says:
          trackIRUse=0
          and change it to
          trackIRUse=1

          Note: TrackIR is activated by default in IL2FB, so if you haven't changed this setting you can skip this step.
       3. Register the DLL file.
          To add the DLL file to your registry, run Config.exe. Click the "Register the DLL" button on the Installation tab.
       4. Assign the POV (HAT) and button settings.
          Go to the Joystick tab in Config.EXE and assign your input device (Device No.) and hat switch (POV No.). You can tell if you have done this correctly by moving your joystick and hat switch to see if the onscreen display changes. Hat movement is displayed in the POV Check area to the right. Press Apply to save your settings. Close Config.EXE.

          Steps 5 and 6 have to be done in the game, so start IL2FB.
       5. Disable all hat switch buttons in the IL2FB Control settings.
          Open the Controls page in IL2FB. REMOVE all HAT assignments that appear in the Controls. You do this by assigning another command. The easiest way to do this is to press the left mouse button in each one until the key assignment reads LEFT MOUSE only. Continue doing this in each view command in the PAN and SNAP VIEW sections until they are all blank. When you are finished, reassign LEFT MOUSE to your GUNNER FIRE Control.
       6. Disable "Num5" as the view centering key in the IL2FB Control settings.
          Follow the steps in step 5 to remove this key from the in-game settings. If you don't you will cause conflicts between NewView and IL2FB. Exit the Control settings by clicking Apply.

          Verify that the DLL is working in the game.
          To see whether NewView is working, start a Quick Mission and press the SHIFT key during your flight. The view should pan down to your instrument panel and then return when you release the SHIFT key. If the view doesn't change, repeat steps 1 to 6 again.

          Check that the hat switch controls work in IL2FB.
          Move your hat switch to see if your view pans correctly. If it doesn't, you haven't done step 4 or 5 (or both) correctly. Usually you will have forgotten to remove a hat switch assignment in IL2FB or you didn't select the correct device or POV No. in step 4.
       7. Adjust the sensitivity and other parameters if needed.
          The first time you use NewView, it creates a configuration file called NPClient.ini. This file contains the control settings. You adjust the control parameters in Config.exe. Note: if you screw up your settings, just delete the NPClient.ini file. NewView will create a new file with the default settings.

No prob? esto, pero mi hermano baj? un soft y un paso a paso para hacer un trackir de 3 leds (con circuito y todo) y ya est? en los pasos finales... uno de simplace lo prob? y me pasaron el video... espectacular y todo por $2.

Es exactamente ese programa, el freetrack, por los primeros resultados que estamos obteniendo, funciona perfecto y con una camarita de las comunes.
Usamos el circuito de 3 leds.

Yo hice el circuito de 4 led infrarrojos , con el negativo de fotograf?a usado  adelante del lente de la webcam para que detecte ese tipo de led, salvo que le pongan filtro para eso a la c?mara que tambi?n se compra o lo sacan de un control remoto viejo.
