Salimos con el GU Alma a prestar cobertura a la base de P2 y al grupo de ataque. Nos ubicamos a medio camino de ambos para prestar ayuda según se necesite. Después de una vueltas a 4 mil metros, nos ataca un único MIG egipcio, al que derriba el GU Alma. No encontramos nada más y al regresar descubrimos que la base había sido atacada.
El enemigo entró a muy baja altura a P2 y no lo vimos. Tampoco vimos ninguna señal de AAA que nos hiciera ver que ese ataque se realizaba.

Vamos a tener que establecer una cobertura cercana en P2 para evitar que esta situación se repita. Eso va a implicar que cuantos más pilotos se presenten al vuelo, mucho mejor.

Salgo como punto del TF Charrua, luego de despegar e iniciar navegacion hacia los contactos situados al centro del canal de tiran aproximadamente, con un rumbo 030 desde nuestra presente. Luego de unos 2 minutos de vuelo encontramos unos contactos, a los cuales el lider de seccion y experto en la materia, no estaba seguro de que fueran, por ende dispone una busqueda mas hacia el norte, no ubicando nada luego de unos 5 minutos de vuelo, nos disponemos a darle batalla a los contactos antes vistos. 1 crucero o acorazado y una fragata. Inicio un picados desde los 1500 m para ponerme razante y rapido. En eso veo la cortina de municiones que asotaban a mi lider, la piel se me hizo a un lado y el corazon latia a mil.- El inmenzo acorazado nos azotaba con todo lo que tenia en su banda de babor, pero ahi aparece la vos del lider, entrando y soltando. Ese fue el momento en que piloto y maquina nos hizimos uno solo y estabamos listos para darlo todo por la patria. Suelto mis 2 torpedos (los veo ir en buen rumbo), (desconosco si pegan o no) y me dispongo a matar oficiales y generar algunos fuegos menores en cubierta para intimidar al enemigo, en ese momento le descargo los 8 cohetes. Pongo rumbo a casa final directa todo establecido y barro el tren y las helices.
