  El ataque a las bases, si bien es objetivo secundario, es de vital importancia, porque Operaciones se encuentra planificando un bombardeo a nivel, desde base en BB14, que, sin previo eliminar dichos aeródromos insurgentes, harán imposible la misión de los Neptune. Por ello, se sugiere a los líderes de ambas escuadras, hacer todo lo posible por cumplir el secundario.

Decolé del V2  liderado por el Teniente Chape, yo como nro2. del líder y el Teniente Alma como el tercer elemento de Caza para darle apoyo aéreo a la escuadra de Ataque. Vemos contactos que dejaban una estela de humo parecida a la de un motor a reacción, al frente a la 1 arriba. El líder de caza ordena al Teniente Alma un reconocimiento de los contactos. El Teniente Alma confirma la presencia de enemigos, eran p63 que venían humeando, suponemos resultado de algún combate previo a nuestro encuentro. Nos encaran de frente y comienza el combate. Siempre cuidándole las 6 a mi líder, intentamos maniobrar para ponernos en una posición ventajosa, pero rápidamente el enemigo logra impactar al líder de caza plantándole el motor  dejándolo fuera de combate y quedando yo solo como único elemento de caza ya que el Teniente Alma también había sido puesto fuera de combate. Le gano las 6 a un contacto enemigo, cuando estaba descargando mis cañones para derribarlo un p63 me impacta desde mis 6 el plano izquierdo averiándome el alerón. Sin más opción, retorno hacia V2 donde logro apontar mi aeronave.

Decolo nuevamente del V2 con mi aeronave reparada con el objetivo de reunirme con el líder de caza y el Teniente Alma quienes se encontraban en combate con una formación de p63. Cuando llego a la zona caliente, entro rápidamente en combate. En una pasada frontal y desde abajo, un p63 logra realizarme pocos impactos pero muy certeros, averiando mi aeronave e hiriéndome. No me queda otra opción que eyectarme.

Decolé nuevamente del V2 siendo ya el único elemento de caza disponible y pongo rumbo hacia la base en BB13 donde se encontraba la escuadra de ataque, que estaba realizando su trabajo mientras eran atacados por un grupo de p63. Entro en combate, pero la superioridad enemiga y mi moral por el piso por haber perdido a mi líder y al Teniente Alma, hicieron su trabajo rápidamente. Fue cuestión de segundos para que un p63 me gane las 6. Comienzo a maniobrar para perderlo, pero lo que perdí fue el control de mi avión, entrando en perdida a baja altura y estrellándome contra el piso.

Salgo liderando una sección , junto con Ceteu, con indicaciones de radar llegamos la costa donde hay un barco carguero, bajando suministros y pertrechos, escoltados por dos barcazas.

Llega la segunda sección y empezamos el ataque a las posiciones en tierra, son numerosas logrando hacer buen daño, luego de terminar de largar todo el material lanzables nos vamos hacia una columna que se dirige a reforzar las posiciones que atacan a la base, logramos casi destruir todo, ya sin municiones volvemos a recargar material, cuando llegamos somos interceptados por P63, me le pongo a las 6 de uno y logro impactarlo varias veces, pero no cae , me engancha otro en circuito de aterrizaje donde me incendia el avión y tengo que saltar.

Como Alpha 4 integro la escuadrilla liderada por Tucán, Popeye A2, y Charrúa A3.

Atacamos posiciones fedayines alrrededor la la base sitiada de La Goullette. Logro destruír un camión lanzacohetes Katiushka y un grupo de infantes, pero un P-63 me destruye el motor. Trato de planear a la base sitiada, cuando ya en básica encarando la pista, mi Corsario entra en barrena, estrellándome.

Salgo nuevamente del V1 junto a Charrúa, Detrás, Popeye. Llegados sobre BE14, encontramos lo que parece un desembarco y un campamento fedayín oculto en las estribaciones de la cordillera costera, más una columna que transita la carretera ribereña con rumbo a La Goullette.

Atacamos el campamento, para luego destrozar la columna entre los tres. En eso aparece un P-63 que nos ataca, al que luego de un corto dogfight derribo. Aterrizamos en Túnez.

Salimos de la base al norte de la ciudad de Túnez, con el objetivo de destruír un campamento avistado al sur de La Goullette.

Lidero en este vuelo, ordeno la distribución de blancos y lanzo todo en una sola pasada, destruyendo algunos objetivos. Volvemos sin novedad a Túnez.

F4U-5 Corsario - 02x1000Lbs. +04x250Lbs. Bombas - Fuel 50%

Con Tucán somos los únicos sobrevivientes del GAE en vuelo en Túnez. Obstinados, decidimos realizar un último vuelo contra las bases enemigas que figuran como objetivo secundario, pero importantes a la hora de pensar en el vuelo que los Neptune deberán realizar en poco tiempo.

Avistamos la primera y decidimos que Tucán la atacara, reservándome para la siguiente, ya a la vista en el horizonte.

Cuando llega mi turno, me intercepta un P-63 realmente molesto e insistidor, que me obliga a entrar zigzagueando a la base, con lo que no logro demasiada velocidad.

Estoy concentrado lanzando mis bombas, observo el impacto de la primera cuando de repente me impacta la Flak y el P-63 simultáneamente. Antes de que todo se ponga negro, asombrado, tengo tiempo de ver mis entrañas repartidas por toda la carlinga y parabrisas efecto del 37 mm.

1er Vuelo

Salimos del V2 en el vuelo de caza liderado por Chape y con Maci como nro 2. Nos dirigimos con rumbo 270 e identificamos un grupo de c47 aliados. Continuamos el patrullaje y encontramos a un grupo de contactos enemigos que se abalanzon sobre nosotros. En la primera pasada me realizan un frontal averiando seriamente mi aeronave por lo que debo ejectarme.

2do Vuelo

Salgo rapidamente para asistir al Teniente Chape y al GU Maci que se encuentran en combate. Llego sobre la zona y logro derribar un p63 enemigo. Luego trato de reunirme con mi grupo pero recibo algunos impactos de un p63 que no habia visto, dañando mi aeronave. Me trenzo en combate mientras espero al teniente chape que venia desde los portas a asistirme y me retiro cuando los contactos se retiran hacia el sur. Pero a los pocos minutos y antes de llegar a la flota los contactos se vuelven contra mi y debido a mi poca maniobrabilidad terminan derribandome.

Salimos del V1, con Popeye, Ceteu y Charrua, apenas ponemos caza avisa que entran en combate, vemos la batalla y contactos evolucionando hacia nuestra posicion, rompemos por derecha y regresamos sobre la flota, una vez que la batalla se aleja ponemos rumbo, al llegar a la base vemos que esta siendo ferozmente atacada por contactos aereos y terrestres, descargamos los planos sobre los atacantes, y luego nos trenzamos con los contactos aereos.
Escucho caer a Ceteu, Charrua y popeye logran aterrizar en la misma base, yo hago lo mismo.

salimos con Popeye, para alcanzar a la seccion de charrua y Ceteu quienes ya atacaban al campamento fedayin en BE14.
Al llegar a la zona nos cruzamos con Ceteu y charrua quienes perseguian a un cobra fedayin, nos concentramos con popeye en los blancos terrestres, entro varias veces dañando al cxarguero enemigo, en una opasada pierdo el control y me estrello.

Me dirijo en solitario desde el V1 hacia donde estan operando Ceteu y Charrua, Ceteu me da la posicion del segundo campamento y descargo mis planos sobre el logrando varios impactos.
Al evolucionar hacia lña base en BB14 soy alcanzado por la AAA, pero logro llegar y aterrizar sin novedad.

Con lña aeronave reparada y recargada salimos con ceteu a atacar las bases en BA15 y AZ16.
Entro primero y logro algunos daños.
luego Ceteu el cual es interceptado trato de luchar contra el p63 pero soy derribado.
