Texan - 3 x 500 Lbs - 75% jugo

Salgo de lider del grupo de ataque a bordo de los Texan. Nuestra misión: aniquilar a tanques egipcios que pretender forzar el paso hacia el sur en R19. El vuelo es largo y tedioso en estas máquinas que apenas llegan a 300 Km/h, cargadas de combustible, bombas y tratando de no exigir a los motores por el calor del desierto.
El CC Angel, lider del grupo escolta, se adelanta y detecta cazas enemigos sobre el combate de tanques. Al llegar distingo aviones enemigos y cuando estoy por iniciar mi pasada mi artillero dispara su calibre 50 y me avisa que nos sigue un Tempest egipcio. Acentúo la picada y al lanzar las primeras 2 bombas destruyo 1 tanque. Ya volando a la altura de las jorobas de los camellos logro evitar otros ataques con fuertes giros y bajando todos los flaps. En la segunda pasada destruyo otro tanque y ordeno la retirada. Durante todo el trayecto de regreso fui atacado por otro Tempest, que terminó de derribar el CC Angel. Pero a mitad de camino, con el Texan medio demolido a cañonazos de 20 mm, me quedo sin jugo y aterrizo sin control de panza. A más altura me hubiera matado. Doy la posición y el GU Tango se ofrece de voluntario para rescatarme, cosa que hace y juntos regresamos a Bersheeba.
Una vez en la base, habiendo regresado todos vivos, nos informan que los tanques egipcios sobrevivientes les pasaron por arriba a los casi 20 tanques israelíes que había en el lugar...
Sentimos una profunda impotencia ya que a pesar de nuestros esfuerzos la campaña terrestre ha dado un vuelco desfavorable.
Tras el debriefing me encuentro con el CC Angel en la cantina y les comentamos la terrible situación a nuestros camaradas israelíes.

#25- F9F-Panther - 100% Fuel

Despego detras de la formación de Texan como lider de la escolta a cargo de la 1era escuadrilla de caza en Bersheeba.
Despegue que se produce sin novedades, viramos rumbo para el 200º aprox y en unos 10 minutos ya nos encontrabamos sobre el objetivo de la escuadrilla de ataque para lo cual a unos 5500mts nos disponemos a hacer CAP.
A los pocos minutos informo que se aproximan enemigos desde el oeste pero a mucha altura (alrrededor de 7000mts). Era increible verlos volar tan alto.
Enganchan con mi numeral por lo que les indico al resto de Texan que pueden atacar tranquilos que los bandidos estaban con nosotros. A los pocos segundos el lider de ataque TF_Balker me informa desesperadamente que tenia un Tempest enemigo alli abajo hostigandolo y que queria volver con vida a la base. Tambien Tango me informa del Tempest.
Les solicite calma ya que no podia dejar los dos bandidos solos arriba porque en cuanto picara, ellos me iban a seguir y si los Texan se quedaban sin escolta, habia posiblidades de que nadie regrese a la base, al menos vivos.
En pleno viraje en ascenso descargo unas balas sobre uno de los cazas en altura y logro llenarle de aceite la cabina por lo que al ver que tiene poca capacidad de maniobra y encima la cabina llena de aceite y humeando no iba a llegar muy lejos. Al ver que el segundo pica me lanzo tras el contento ya que el Tempest tambien estaba alli abajo.
logro dejarlo maltrecho (tambien caeria en cualquier momento) y solicito posiciones del resto de la escuadrilla de ataque para defenderlos.
Me informan y pongo rumbo. Al minuto me encuentro con Tango siendo perseguido por el caza que lo deja y luego arremete contra Balker. Les pido calma y al encontrarme en posicion disparo dejandolo humeando y maltrecho. Crei que no llegaria muy lejos y cuando lo descuidé veo que nuevamente engancha a Balker. Que grave error el mio !
me puse detrás y descargue nuevamente un par de rafagas que esta vez si hicieron que caiga.
El TF_Balker se queda sin fuel y aterriza de emergencia por suerte con vida.
GU_Tango lo rescata y todos volvemos a la base aterrizando sin novedad.

#103-Texan - 75% Fuel 3x500lb

Salgo desde Bersheeba en el puesto numero 3 de una formacion de 4 Texan, con la orden de atacar los tanques que estan combatiendo en P20.
Fue un vuelo tranquilo hasta la zona , formados y escoltados por angel que se adelanto aver si hay alguna CAP esperandonos. Nos informa por radio que habia una actividad pero aparentemente era de ataque tambien. ya casi sobre los blancos algunos artilleros nos informan de aviones enemigos, asi que tratamos de  bombardear rapido y salir. Por suerte en mis dos pasadas logro  destruir 2 tanques en cada una, dando un total de 4. Pongo rumbo de escape de inmediato junto a mi winman y salgo de la zona caliente, por radio escuchoa  balker que es atacado  y angel que iba en su ayuda. Ya mas tarde llego a bersheeba sin problemas y  guardo la aeronave.

La batalla de tanques fue una derrota para las fuerzas del IDF pero aun mantienen la posicion. La base de Alárish fue tomada por tropas y llegaron los suministros en los C47 gracias a la escolta de los Avia que entraron en combate con unos cazas, igualmente la base esta proxima a un pueblo aun con algunas defenzas AAA y con buques  en la zona que cañonean constantemente. Los israelies estan quejandose de que aviones del GAE siguen atacando a sus tanues, piden una investigacion al respecto.
