Buenos Días:

Nuestra misión será proveer apoyo a tierra y cobertura aérea al ataque del Ejército Territorial de Madagascar (ETM) contra la base enemiga de PALEL (B6).

Nuestra fuerza estará compuesta de la siguiente forma:

- 4 Yak 9U     (Armamento: Default. Combustible: 75%).
- 4 Tempest   (Armamento: 2 bombas de 1000 Lbs. Combustible: 75%).
- 2 IL-10        (Armamento: 2 FAB 100 y 4 BRS-132. Combustible: 75%).
- 2 Pe-2.        (Armamento: 2 FAB 500 y 2 FAB 250. Combustible: 75%)


Tareas (es importante que cada piloto cumpla con su parte):

- Los Yak 9U se encargarán de los cazas enemigos.
- Los Tempest destruirán la AAA de la base enemiga y posteriormente protegerán a nuestras tropas de ataques aéreos.
- Los IL10 destruirán la artillería enemiga (Sur de B7) y posteriormente atacarán cualquier blanco que haya quedado intacto (AAA, posiciones defensivas, etc).
- Los Pe-2 destruirán los blindados enemigos que realizarán un contrataque para bloquear al ETM.

Cumplido el objetivo cubrirán a los 2 C-47 que transportan tropas hasta su aterrizaje en PALEL (B6), una vez que toda resistencia haya sido eliminada.

Cuando todos los objetivos hayan sido cumplidos, recién podrán aterrizar en la misma base de PALEL (B6).


Fuerzas enemigas:

Los franceses tendrán una fuerte CAP sobre PALEL, además de que enviarán aviones de ataque contra nuestras tropas. En tierra poseen trincheras con ametralladoras para bloquear el avance del ETM, más una batería de artillería y coheteras al norte de la pista de PALEL (al sur de B7).


Condiciones climáticas:

Tiempo bueno, nubes a 1500 m.


Tropas del ETM:

Nuestras fuerzas de tierra avanzan sobre PALEL desde el Este. Lo hacen con una fuerza de tres columnas de infantería y 2 de tanques (se trata de 8 tanquetas livianas). Su objetivo es la misma pista de PALEL (B6).

[GAE_Castor]

Desastroso vuelo y flor de ca...da (lección) que nos pegaron.
Salgo con un IL-10 como líder de sección junto a Charrúa como mi punto, ponemos un curso hacía la cercanía de la base enemiga y así buscar la artillería. Por mal lectura del brief, interpreto que la misma se encontraba al sur de la base (B6) y en realidad era al sur de B7, lo que hizo que perdamos tiempo, y lo peor es que los Hellcat de CAP que estaban protegiendo la base, realmente hicieron estragos en nuestras formaciones, a mi particularmente se me abalanzaron 2 o 3 que me dañaro algo, mi punto logra sacarmelo por unos segundo, en la busqueda infructuosa de la artillería (nuestro objetivo), se vuelven a colar a mis 6, matan a mi artillero y con un par de ráfagas me dejan sin motor, largo todas mis cargas externas y planeo hacia un claro, aterrizo como puedo, doy gracias que el IL-10 es un aparato muy fuerte, ya que me protegió de sobremanera.

Salgo de punto del TF Castor, ponemos rumbo, hacia el objetivo llegando al mismo veo que el artillero de el empieza tirar y le aviso , empieza a hacer evasivas, me acerco y se le cuela un hellcat por detrás, le tiro una ráfaga y se va lo sigo maniobramos y sigo tirando , sin dar empieza a subir y tiro con defexion , con lo que le parto un ala y cae como plomo, en eso siento por radio que le pega a mi líder y se queda sin motor, para eso ya me empiezan a segrí, me pego a piso y pido ayuda, en un momento me larga y trato de ubicarme, sin el malo intento conseguir los blancos después de un rato los encuentro tiro mis bombas y rompo una AAA, sigo con los cohetes y no logro pegar mas , tampoco con el traf, decido irme ya que era imposible, cruzo la base a capturar por esima y veo los c47 que hacen circuito para el aterrizaje pienso en ellos que los van a aniquilar.

cuando voy poniendo rumbo a mi base la de partida ya que en la que teníamos que capturar no podíamos , me encuentro en el camino con cuatro hellcat mas, que se me ponen a mis seis, para hacerme picadillos me pego a piso y empieza el show, uno se pasa cuando lo tengo a tiro estoy sin balas, sigo camino a casa. Los perros siguen detrás mio, como encarnizados, con ayuda de la base logro dar con la misma , la AAA propia empieza a trabajar y los aleja un poco , con lo que me da tiempo de hacer un aterrizaje , apagar el motor y tirarnos con mi artillero a los refugios.

Creo que la misión se planteo mal en el sentido que tendríamos que haber salido por tandas, primero los cazas juntos con los tempest , los primeros tratar de llevar el combate aéreo hacia otro lado, después los bomber si la cosa estaba controlada.

Llegamos todos juntos ahí se hicieron la panzada.

1) Los nidos de ametralladoras franceses comienzan a disparar a las columnas del ETM que avanzan.
2) Uno de los Pe-2 se lanza sobre los blindados de los Legionarios. 3) Uno es destruído y dos ametralladoras
también. 4) El contrataque francés finalmente es detenido por las tanquetas del ETM.


1) Batería de artillería enemiga abre fuego para apoyar a los defensores. 2) El TF Castor
es alcanzado y logra un aterrizaje forzoso en un pueblo aledaño. 3) El TF Charrúa sobrevuela
sus blancos, pero no puede neutralizar las coheteras.


1) y 2) Con importantes daños en su caza, el TF Balker no puede ayudar a una columna del ETM que es atacada
por los Avengers. 3) y 4) Una AAA enemiga de 40 mm sobrevive al ataque de los Tempest y aniquila las tanquetas y la
infantería que había alcanzado la base.


1) Los C-47 del CAT llegan con los refuerzos. 2) En final y con las tropas listas a desembarcar corriendo. 3) En la aproximación comienzan a notar que algo no anda según lo planeado. 4) La AAA sobreviviente alcanza el motor derecho del C-47 y mata al piloto... 5) El aparato termina estrellándose contra la torre de control. Más tarde el otro C-47 corre la misma suerte.  


1) Las calibre 50 de los Hellcats derriban al último Pe-2
luego de una larga persecución. 2) El TF Charrúa aterriza en
su base protegido por la AAA propia.

Salgo con el grupo de Tempest, nuestro objetivo eran las AAA.
Cuando llegamos al objetivo, coordinamos el ataque, me lanzo hacia una AAA, suelto bombas y hago impacto directo. En respuesta, la defensa de la base hace lo mismo contra el motor de mi Tempest dejándolo inutilizado totalmente. Como venía con buena velocidad, tomé un poco de altura y logré divisar una pista de tierra, logro aterrizar sin problemas, y luego de estar prácticamente 5 minutos dentro de mi avión rezando uno y otro rosario, los enemigos consiguen ajustar la trayectoria balística de sus cañones y me la dan al medio.
