1) Dos Panther despegan desde la Base Aeronaval de Puerto Argentino. Claro indicio de que la pista continúa operativa a pesar de los daños causados por los Canberra enemigos. 2) El CC Flak y el TF Charrúa con su carga mortal en el vientre. 3) Patrulla de Sabres de la FAA sobre las islas. 4) El TF Baco marcando la posición de la FT inglesa. 5) El TF Yanito y el TF Balker lanzando el misil.    



1) ...que engancha al HMS Centaur. 2) ¡Primer impacto sobre cubierta! 3) Seis Sea Fury que estaban a punto de despegar comienzan a explotar. 4) La cubierta se transforma en un infierno. 5) ...y estallan las bombas y el combustible de los aparatos.



1) El segundo misil, guiado desde el primer Viking
por el TF Charrúa, atraviesa la cortina de AAA y también
hace impacto. 2) El TF Chacal derriba uno de los English
Electric Lightning armado con misiles aire-aire de la CAP.

Despegamos de P.A. esquivando las zonas en reparación de la pista, que por suerte sigue operativa. Nos vamos directo en HDG 330 en ascenso para los 4500mts. Ya sobre la zona de posible ubicación del portaviones enemigo, nos disponemos a buscarlo. Una vez divisado, transmitimos posición al escuadrón de ataque. Con Buitre utilizamos las técnica de vuelo en pareja para cubrir la zona en búsqueda de posibles vuelos CAPs. Esta técnica es altamente recomendada ya que mutuamente nos cubrimos las 6, y si alguno de nosotros recibe un embate, el compañero puede fácilmente virar y ubicarse a las 6 del enemigo. Luego de unas vueltas alrededor del grupo de buques, esquivando las AAA, logramos divisar unos contactos, procedemos a hacer reconocimiento, y al identificarlo doy aviso a Buitre que es un enemigo y me dispongo a cazarlo, previamente coordinando con el TF para que cubra mis 6 de posibles escoltas.

Luego de pocas ráfagas logro hacer que estalle. Maldito pirata !

Seguimos orbitando la zona y hacemos contacto con 1 vicking que estaba volviendose hacia Rio Gallegos. Sin novedad, ponemos proa a Puerto Argentino, en donde aterrizamos sin problemas. Los 2 panthers volvieron sanos y salvos.

Despego desde el continente como numero 2 de la secciopn de bombarderos, conmigo traia un misil que seria guiado por  TF Balker, pusimos rumbo 80 para abrirnos dela formacion del otro bomber tripulado por Flak para tratar de no ser vistos por posibles CAPs.
llegamos a unos 3500 metros de altura y contactamos a la flota inglesa, en ese momento suelto misil y pongo rumbo 270, de aqui en mas dependia de Balker el exito de la mision.
El misil dio en el blanco y yo seguia rumbo a la base del continente, me pasan 3 contactos que resultaron ser amigos y no paso mas nada, logro aterrizar sin mayores problemas a pesar de tener una cabina bastante incomoda para ver adelante.

A efectos de realizar los tramites administrativos pertienetes informo que F9F-2 Panther con denominacion 104 se encuentra en perfectas condiciones en Rio Gallegos, base de la que partió, y no en P.A. Ya que realice el cruce de regreso con los Vicker Viking como escolta.
