Situación:
  El Puerto de Sousse continúa siendo atacado, pero hemos triangulado posiciones de tráfico naval sospechoso en tránsito por el Mediterráneo Central. Ello nos permite suponer que navíos cargueros y hasta algún buque militar, provenientes de Albania, cruzan por algún lugar al sur de Sicilia, hasta entrar en aguas de Túnez y fondean en Sousse.

  Asimismo, las autoridades italianas nos han alertado y requerido nuestra cooperación, para averiguar qué sucede en la isla ubicada en AZ08, ya que se ha perdido todo contacto con sus pobladores y todo tráfico interrumpido desde hace días, tras fuertes tormentas.

  Aeronaves de la Royal Navy, con asiento en Malta, están patrullando la zona para obtener fotografías de los navíos en tránsito y nos harán llegar sus resultados a la brevedad.

  Es primordial localizar y hundir todo tráfico marítimo clandestino que transporta armas y municiones desde Albania a Túnez.

  Sin embargo, hay que extremar las precauciones porque la zona es transitada por aeronaves y buques de varias banderas, civiles y militares. Por ejemplo, tenemos a una fuerza de tareas británica ejerecitándose en Malta y sus adyacencias, con el HMS Victorious.

  Francia tiene urgencia en terminar esta operación, ya que comienza a desplazarse de la esfera de asuntos domésticos, comprometiendo intereses italianos y británicos, no quieren a nadie metiendo sus narices en sus colonias.

Salgo de líder acompañado por Tucán para lograr superioridad aérea sobre la flota enemiga. Tras varios minutos localizamos la FT y nos acercamos hasta que abren fuego de AAA. Nos alejamos y Tucán informa de dos contactos a las 12. Les ponemos la proa y ordeno romper cada uno por su lado. Terminamos la maniobra con Tucán siguiendo a un P63 a mis 6. Mantengo un giro cerrado hasta que Tucán me lo saca y lo derriba. Cuando podemos ver al otro, se le pone a las 6 de Tucán. Maniobra inversa y el que lo derriba soy yo. Ponemos rumbo norte hasta que Tucán informa que tiene otro P63 a sus 6. Rompemos a la izquierda, me coloco a sus 6 y también lo derribo.
Presenciamos como ataque le entra a los buques enemigos y ponemos rumbo a casa. En maniobra de apontaje, no alcanzo el último cable y cuando vuelvo a dar potencia rompo el ala derecha con la isla. Ruedo, caigo al mar y soy rescatado, mojado y asustado.

1° Vuelo

Decolo como líder de la segunda sección de ataque junto a mi numeral, el Tn Ceteu, sin novedades.
Rápidamente ponemos rumbo 210 hacia AI7, al llegar a la isla ponemos rumbo 90° y a unos 40 km aprox. en AM7 encontramos la flota enemiga.
Inmediatamente nos disponemos a realizar nuestro ataque, trepamos para los 2200m y hago puntería sobra un buque de gran porte y suelto la Bat, continuo el picado y descargo todos los cohetes sobre un buque de porte mediano logrando averiarlo seriamente, inmediatamente veo mi Bat hacer impacto y hundir un buque.
En mi asenso soy impactado por un P63 y estallo en el aire.

Decolamos junto con Charru en rumbo directo hacia AM8 en donde se encuentra la flota enemiga.
Habiendo despejado el cielo la gente de Charly realizamos nuestro ataque.
Nuevamente trepo para los 2200m y suelto, continuo con el picado y suelto cohetes sobre un buque, el que nuevamente logro averiar y nuevamente segundos después veo impactar mi Bat, pero esta vez no logro hundir mi blanco.
Retornamos con Charru, en donde apontamos sin novedades.

Salgo liderando un de las secciones con Popeye y Tucan.

Tomo rumbo sur y al cabo de unos 15 minutos de vuelo se localizan 2 con contactos en el mar, uno es un submarino, que no muestra signos de ser hostil, luego vemos uno mas y esta tira, Tucan sale a eliminar ese contacto y en la corrida cae, decido tomar rumbo 090 ya que la otra escuadrilla localiza el grueso de la fuerza de tareas.

Logramos localizarlos,  tomamos altura para poder lanzar, picamos , en mi corrida no pego y la bat no engancha el contacto.

Popeye se dirige al ataque detrás mio, cuando salgo de la corrida entro en combate con p63, evado varias veces las embestidas de los p63, nunca logro reunirme con Popeye y soy derribado, logrando saltar cayendo al mar.

Salimos con Mano como líder y nos dirigimos a la zona de la flota enemiga, tomamos altura y nos lanzamos para el ataque, en mi corrida logro pegarle todos los Cohetes y mi bomba bat da en el blanco, mando a pique a un buque de desembarco.

Luego retornamos al portaviones sin novedades.

Salgo como numeral 2 de elementos liderado por Charrua.

Tomo rumbo sur y al cabo de unos 15 minutos de vuelo se localizan 2 con contactos en el mar, uno es un submarino, que no muestra signos de ser hostil, luego vemos uno mas y esta tira, Tucan sale a eliminar ese contacto y en la corrida cae, decido tomar rumbo 090 ya que la otra escuadrilla localiza el grueso de la fuerza de tareas.

Logramos localizarlos,  tomamos altura para poder lanzar, picamos , en mi corrida con turno 3 pego y hundo un barco.

Hago una segunda entrada sobre un buque de desembarco del tipo Mendive y lo averío con 4 HVAR AP

Luego en la salida, escapando con rumbo 330, a los 2 min. fui interceptado por un P-63 que me derribó..

Convaleciente, con fiebre y dolores fuertes en todo el cuerpo, decido volar para paliar un poco la falta de pilotos que mantuvieron en tierra al GAE en la última misión. Un claro error, ya que sumado a la falta de práctica se suma una buena dosis de idiotez farmacológica. En catapulta doy potencia a pleno, 120% de mezcla, pero dejo los flaps en TakeOff y no trimo los elevadores. Consecuencia, termino en el agua, de donde soy rescatado.

2° Vuelo

F4U-5 Corsario - 1xBat Bomba + 8 APHVAR - 100% Fuel

Me pongo un poco mas pillo gracias al refrescón que me doy en el Mediterráneo. Hago todo bien y me reuno con mi líder, Mano. Tomamos rumbo 220° hasta la isla de AJ7, donde encaramos hacia el este con 090°.

Luego de unos minutos, encontramos un convoy de buques que sin vacilar, nos abren fuego. Tomándolos del tráves, picamos hacia ellos, Mano un poco distanciado al frente.

Lanzo lo mas nivelado posible la Bat, observo su planeo hasta que no es más que un punto que se pierde sobre la superficie de mar, rodeada de trazadores de la AAA naval. Y esa es la ultima noticia que tengo de ella. Vaya a saber cual fue su destino. Agua o destrucción por la AAA.

Buscando una retribución, empiezo una suave picada hacia los buques, de los cuales elijo un LST. Y es aquí donde de nuevo se nota que estoy fuera de trainning totalmente y afectado por un pobre poder de razonamiento. Encaro a los barcos rectamente, sin hacer mi clásica entrada en "S". Ya me regodeaba rozando con el pulgar el disparador de los APHVAR, cuando la cabina se llena de salpicaduras de sangre.

Casi desmayado por la hemorragia, veo como las olas vienen a mi encuentro.
