[GAE_Balker]

Prestar atenci?n:

La misi?n consiste en enviar refuerzos a nuestras tropas cercadas en E3 y traer de regreso a los soldados heridos. Para ello, cada escuadr?n contar? con los siguientes medios:

- 2 B-25 C (Capacidad 20 hombres con equipo completo, cada uno).
- 2 Hawker Tempest.
- 4 Yak-9U.

Las bases de partida ser?n J1 y J5.

Los B-25 transportar?n a los refuerzos hasta la base de E3 y luego (desde la cabecera opuesta) embarcar?n a la mayor cantidad de heridos posible. Acto seguido volver?n a sus bases de origen.
Los cazas Yak y Tempest cumplir?n la funci?n de escolta.

Actividad enemiga:
El enemigo intentar? por todos los medios de evitar que lleguen refuerzos a E3. Para ello buscar? obtener el dominio del cielo en ese sector, adem?s de someter a la pista a un intenso ataque (a?reo y de artiller?a terrestre).
Seg?n Inteligencia, los franceses a?n no se han recobrado de la derrota sufrida en su intento por capturar nuestra base de J1 y por lo tanto no est?n en condiciones de montar ninguna ofensiva terrestre.

Clima: Nubes a 500 metros. Algo ventoso.

[GAE_Balker]

Tras fallas en uno de los B-25C terminamos saliendo tres aviones de transporte hacia la bolsa de E3. Sobre la base se generan varios combates entre cazas mientras el enemigo bombardea la pista desde aire y tierra. Los refuerzos son desembarcados sin inconvenientes y se procede al embarque de los heridos. De los tres transportes que quedan uno se estrella a poco de despegar y yo soy derribado por 3 Invaders tras una larga persecuci?n. S?lo un B-25 termina completando la misi?n.

El objetivo de reforzar TAMU se ha cumplido pero a muy alto costo de material y vidas.

1) Una de las victorias más dramáticas de la campaña: el GOA_Escorpión derriba un Avenger francés
cuando éste se encaminaba a atacar a nuestros transportes en tierra. 2)  ... y termina estallando a pocos
metros sobre los B-25. 3)  Cargados de heridos, los transportes regresan a sus bases. 4) Los únicos sobrevivientes.
