Ya en el área de patrulla, con fuego AAA de la flota soviética, orbitamos, hasta que 01 divisa contactos. En los sucesivos encuentros, fueron derribados un par de Yaks 3 por 01 y 02. Cruzamos bombarderos Washington con escolta de Sea Fury y avisan el avistamiento de Migs. Intentamos combatirlos, pero demostraron su pericia al llevarse al 01 y luego a mi en combate.

Al llegar a la zona por la dificultad geográfica no podemos hacer puntería teniendo que retomar, pero en ese momento somos atacado por MIG, paso a la posición de artillero y comienzo a repeler logrando derribar un MIG y averiando otro, pero pierdo un motor, potencia en el segundo y se me hace imposible controlar el aparato, por lo que desciendo y apunto mis armas al primer buque que tuve en visual, logrando averiarlo.
Termino derribado a pocos metros.

Despego del V2 como numeral 6 de la escuadra al mando de Balker, dividida en dos elementos de 3, Ceteu lidera mi grupo, nos dirigimos con rumbo aproximado 30º a esperar a los Neptunes del grupo de ataque que se dirigen a las Georgias, luego de alguna evoluciones decidimos esperarlos al norte de las islas y nos dirigimos hacia allí, una vez en visual los escoltamos un trecho hasta cerca del objetivo luego los perdimosde vista, los buscamos hacia el sur acorde a sus comunicaciones pero no logramos encontrarlos, dan aviso de ataque de Migs veo pasar uno y lo sigo para evitar que quede a mis "6", nos informa que el grupo de ataque fue derribado, veo otro Mig y lo persigo un largo rato junto con Ceteu y Chape hasta que nos quedamos cortos de fuel, el líder ordena el regreso y llegamos con lo justo a la flota. Aponto sin novedad.

Salgo de líder del primer elemento con Castor y Alma de numerales. Nuestra tarea es ir directamente a Georgias para lograr superioridad aérea. En la zona, tras una larga CAP, llegan los Neptunes y su escolta. Al mismo tiempo 4 contactos que entran por mis 7 a nivel. Ordeno entrar en combate y logro averiar a un Yak y derribar a otro. Quedamos separados tras el combate. Llego a ver a lo lejos a un MIG que ataca y choca a un Neptune. Busco reunir a la CAP sobre el puerto de la isla pero antes veo a dos MIG que buscan mis seis. Tras varias maniobras para esquivarlos, logran derribarme. Salto y caigo en aguas en poder del enemigo.

1º Vuelo

F9F2 Panther - 100% Fuel + Tanques - Default

Al dividirse la escuadra de Caza, salgo del V2 como líder de la segunda mitad, como Charlie 4 , siendo C5 Chape y C6 Pepper. Nuestra misión prioritaria era hacer CAP cercana de los bombarderos de Ataque, que veían desde Port Stanley. Una vez ubicados, los acompañamos hasta la vertical de Grytviken, donde son recibidos por AAA muy pesada. Ordeno a mis elementos zigzagear y alejarnos de las explosiones, por lo que perdemos de vista momentáneamente a los de Ataque, a quienes pensaba regresando luego de soltar. Los busco en el rumbo de escape, pero nunca se me comunica que debido a la ruta elegida para el vector de lanzamiento, se debe abortar, por lo que la Escuadra de Ataque sigue con rumbo sur.  Sin embargo, si me entero que son atacados por Mig, aunque sin que me puedan dar precisiones acerca de dónde son atacados. Con sólo la referencia sur, nos dividimos por ambas costas y por el medio de tierra nos dirigimos a plena potencia hacia el sur de las Georgias, solicitando a Ataque que bajen de altitud para defenderse mejor. No bajan de altura, por los que los Mig los terminan despachando antes que los ubiquemos. Nos volvemos sobre Grytviken, donde la primera mitad de caza se halla trenzada en combate. Luego de evolucionar y evitar a unos Mig`s muy agresivos, nos volvemos ya bajos de fuel al V2. En medio de retorno, sufro problemas técnicos ( desconexión del stick del HOTAS ) que logro solucionar de emergencia, pero los comandos quedan descalibrados. Al tratar de apontar, el cabeceo del avión hace que me estrelle en cubierta.

Llego tarde , el vuelo ya estaba en rumbo al target, despego y pongo rumbo, a unos 30 km de la base doy alcance , donde intento formar para el ataque y no logro nunca, cuando pasamos el por el targuet, el marcador queda fuera de los blancos y seguimos para retornar en otra aproximación , somos alcanzados por mig, doy a viso y empieza la carnicería, cae mano, y le digo a Popeye que gire para ver que hacíamos cuando es atacado y lo derriban , yo en mi giro entro en barrena y no me doy cuenta , estoy desorientado sin poder controlar el avión rompiendo el ala (no se si con la fuerza o un mig) cayendo al mar.

Al descolar del V1 , el avión cae como un piano, al parecer los trim me quedaron en negativo y me fui para el agua.

Decolo como #5 (wingman) del Gu. Ceteu, con la orden directa de interceptar y escoltar de cerca a la 1º de Ataque quien llegaba a Georgias desde Stanley, para bombardear la base aeroportuaria.
Llegamos sobre la punta Oeste de la isla luego de algunos minutos de navegacion localizamos y nos colocamos cerca de los Neptunes.
Por la costa llegabamos al puerto que nos recivia con nutrida AAA.
Mientras tanto otra formacion de la 2º de caza y ataque evoluciona en combate con YaK-3N que desplegaban CAP sobre la Isla.
Por problemas de recon y data de Inteligencia, accidentes geograficos impiden el ataque, obligando a continuar a la escuadra con HDG sur.
Y saliendo de la visual de nuestra cobertura.
Con pocos segundo de perdida del Ataque, son emboscados.
Intentamos localizarlos, pero se hizo imposible.
Desconcertados quedamos sobre Georgias hasta localizar bandidos, a los que intentamos enganchar pero el poco fuel nos obliga a retornar al V2.

F9F2 Panther - 100% Fuel + Tanques - Default

Salgo junto a Castor y Balker hacia las Georgias para realizar una cap. Otro grupo de 3 panthers se dirigen a dar escolta cercana a los neptunos. Llegamos sobre las islas y patrullamos durante varios minutos, hasta que finalmente aparecen contactos que resultan ser Yaks. Luego de varios minutos de combate, logro derribar a 2 de ellos. Trato de reagruparme con CAstor y Balker, pero justo en ese momento somos atacados por una formacion de migs, luego de varios intentos no logro obtener visual de los contactos enemigos y Balker y Castor son finalmente derribados. Lamentablemente nunca logre ver a los migs que nos atacaban. Por fin logro reunirme con el otro grupo liderado por Ceteu por lo que me adoso a ellos y regresamos a la flota donde aponto sin novedad.
