El día 31 de Octubre, el Buque de Bandera Argentina SANTA MICAELA , fue atacado, y secuestrado pro piratas indonesios. Nuestra tarea e sencotrar el buque y de ser posible rescatar a su Tripulación.

El problema qu etenemso es qu eno tenemso autorización legal para derribar a nadie. A menos que se confirme una amenaza real hacia la TF 22, se intentará no abrir fuego.

1er Vuelo:

F4U5 Corsario - 70% Fuel - Default

Despego del V1 como líder de la escuadra conformada por Ceteu, Alma y Cuervo. Ceteu tiene problemas y no logra salir. Una vez en el aire nos dirigimos guiados por el control de vuelo a identificar un vuelo que resulta ser un cuatrimotor británico, luego hacia el Norte desde donde unos contactos, al menos cuatro, se dirigen a la FT.
Una vez allí somos recibidos con nutrido fuego por los artilleros, comunico la situación al control de vuelo y se me ordena disuadirlos para que desvíen o cambien su curso pero no obedecen, seguidamente se me ordena atacar, les entramos y logro derribar uno pero soy tocado en el motor, mis numerales tambien resultan averiados y posteriormente saltan en cercanías de la FT, mintras con dificultades logro entrar en final pero se me planta el motor, amerizo y espero a que me rescaten.

Despego nuevamente como líder con Alma y Cuervo, una vez en el aire el control de vuelos nos manda a perseguir un contacto que sale con rumbo 090 hacia tierra firme, pero no logramos alcanzarlo, se encuentra muy lejano y a igual velocidad que la nuestra, comunico al control sobre esta situación esperando ordenes, de inmediato se me ordena regresar y cargar bombas atento a que un buque desconocido se acerca a la FT desde el Este.
Retorno al V1 y aponto sin novedad.

Despego solo atento a que mis numerales se accidentaron en el apontaje anterior. Se me ordena dirigirme al Este donde un par de elementos del grupo de ataque se encuentran marcando un buque de bandera desconocida, solicito ordenes al control y se me ordena atacar, entro de sur a norte y suelto mi pepa que impacta en la estructura del buque pero no logro hundirlo, aunque queda bastante averiado.
Retorno al V1 y realizo un apontaje defectuoso cayendo lentamente de cubierta, salgo apresuradamente del avión para ser rescatado, segundo chapuzón del día.

Luego de organizarnos en el brief, tome posicion de artillero en el texan de baco. Buscamos unos blancos navales los cuales se los interpretaba como unidades con intenciones de atacarnos. Luego de la busqueta nos topamos cun un submarino el cual fue con el que chocamos (con el periscopio  :-X )

Realizamos otra salida en la cual nos dirigimos devuelta hacia e lmismo objetivo topandonos con 3 unidades navales las cuales Fueron averiadas. Morimos por la explocion de una bomba sin retardo.

Vuelo 1
NA AT6 Texan: reconocimiento armado ? 60% combustible + 4xHVAR + 2 bombas de 100 libras
Decolé de portaaviones ligero nº 24 con turno 3 en una formación de 3 aeronaves, liderada por TN Baco (Gu Tehuelche como copiloto navegante) y TN Charrua. La visibilidad era mala debido a la neblina o bruma que además producía reverberación del sol en el agua y reflejo en la carlinga. Encontré dificultad en ubicar al resto de la formación. Se nos impartió orden desde la CIC del portaaviones de poner rumbo 090 para investigar contactos en AU3. Los dos integrantes de la formación consiguieron avistar el objetivo y al recibir fuego antiaéreo les fue ordenado responderlo. Sin encontrar el blanco, tras orbitar a 25/30 km al E de la FT22, pedí instrucciones y vector a control y me fue ordenado retornar a la base. Me desprendí de las bombas y un par de HVAR y con medio tanque lleno aponté sin novedad.

Vuelo 2
NA AT6 Texan: reconocimiento armado ? 60% combustib + 6 bombas de 100
En iguales condiciones meteorológicas, decolé con mismo rumbo 090 a enganchar los blancos que amenazaban la FT. Esta vez avisté un contacto naval con rumbo 310/330 aprox, embarcación a vapor que no abrió fuego. Informé del contacto a CIC y a Tehuelche y recibí orden de entrar. Ya a 500 m del objetivo advertí que se trataba de un carguero que navegaba aprox a 15 nudos, a estimar por la estela de espuma. Solté las bombas y al pasar sobre la estructura del navío bajo un cable fui alcanzado por la explosión de las bombas seteadas en 2 seg. y estallé, sin hundir el barco. Impericia al setear el delay de las bombas.

NA AT6 Texan: reconocimiento armado ? 60% combustible + 4xHVAR + 2 bombas de 100
Esta vez decolé como líder de sección de ataque con Gu Tehuelche como numeral y en formación muy abierta pusimos mismo rumbo. Excelentes condiciones meteorológicas, se había levantado la neblina o bruma. Sobre el carguero antes mencionado recibí orden de mantener distancia, ya que un Corsario a mis 9 y 500m de altura y distancia se encontraba en el comienzo de una entrada. Confirmé que dio en el blanco por tener en visual una gran columna de agua que cubrió todo el navío. No advertí explosión, ni humo ni fuego, confirmo. Luego pedí permiso para entrar y me fue denegdo, recibiendo orden de poner rumbo 240 al portaaviones y soltar armamento a 5km al E de la FT. Aponté sin novedad.

Vuelo 1

Texan 2 bombas de 100 y 4 cohetes 50 fuel


Salgo como numeral 2 ya que Tehuelche va de artillero, Baco como líder y Popeye como mi numeral.

Despegamos y ponemos rumbo a la zona de vigilancia , nuestros piquetes, detectan una amenaza y damos con ella es un Submarino, Baco da la orden de ataque lanzándose al ataque , lo veo que se impacta contra el sub, entro yo tiro las bombas y van largas, voy con los cohetes concentro los mismos sobre la estructura y lo mando al fondo.

Vuelvo al portaaviones procedo al apontaje, cuando aponto el avión se va de nariz, detectando que me había  quedado activado los frenos, eso ase que el avión de con una de la grúas y se para a la mitad, pero podemos salir con mi artillero.

Vuelo 2

Texan 2 bombas de 100 y 4 cohetes 50 fuel

Volvemos a salir a la zona de rastrillaje, el mismo grupo.
Esta ves nos encontramos con tres barcos de mediano porte pero muy artillados, y un carguero.

Baco le entra y destruye uno , viene mi turno y le entro al de gran porte dándole y dañandolo en la popa del mismo, hago una nueva entrada y largo mis cohetes a uno de los artillados mandándolo al fondo.

Salgo tocado del ataque y no me percato de que me han dado en los tanques, solicito al al radar ordenes y me dice que me quede en la zona para seguir a los contactos navales.

Después de dar unas vueltas verifico los instrumentos nuevamente y veo que la aguja de los tanques empieza a bajar, aviso al radar y emprendo el regreso intentando ganar altura.

Cuando tengo la flota a la vista me quedo sin combustible, planeo hacia el portaaviones y amerizo a unos 1500 metros de distancia , pudiendo salir satisfactoriamente del avión y nos quedamos a la espera de que nos rescaten.

1er Vuelo:

Despego del V1 como numeral 3, con una miison de reconocimiento. Luego de identificar 2 grupos de aviones, interceptamos un escuadron de bombarderos llendo hacia nuestra flota. Consultamos a torre, y nos da luz verde para alejar el peligro.
  En orden entramos a atacar a los aviones enemigos, y a medida que hivamos destruyendo, los daños eran muy grandes y teniamos que retirarnos. Cuando ataque en ultimo lugar, le cause graves daños a un bombardero que quedo humeando, pero no pude confirmar su derribo. Tuve que alejarme y amerize con el motor en llamas y visilibilidad practicamente 0 a unos 10 kilometros de nuestra flota.

Despego nuevamente para una mision, sin embargo a los pocos kilometros Victor 1, nos pide que regresemos porque nuestro objetivo habia sido cambiado y necesitariamos nuevo armamento. Procedo a apontar en ultimo lugar, luego de un intento fallido que aborte, logro enganchar, pero el avion rueda y quiebro ambas alas. Logro sobrevivir al impacto.

1º Vuelo:

Como numeral Charlie 2 del TC Pepper, al intentar enganchar la catapulta, al parecer no se había logrado el enganche, por lo que se repite la orden, se produce una confusión y el Corsario es catapultado sin que el motor esté a plena potencia, estrellándose en el mar. Logro salir del Corsario antes que se sumerja bajo las olas.

Atento a los inconvenientes producidos en el despegue anterior, se pone especial cuidado en el proceso de enganche y catapultado del Corsario. Sin embargo, el avión me sorprende realizando un tonel que no tiene otro destino que el mar. El piloto nuevamente abandona el avión ileso, pero este se pierde.

Despegamos del V1 junto a Cuervo, Ceteu y Pepper como lider de vuelo. Nos dirigimos hacia el norte donde debemos identificar unos contactos que resultan ser 4 bombarderos enemigos. Comenzamos el ataque y me largo sobre el ultimo, logro impactarlo varias veces incendiando sus tanques de combustible pero recibo fuego de sus artilleros dañando mi motor por lo que me retiro hacia la flota. Mientras regreso miro hacia atras para ver como se precipitaba el b24 que acababa de atacar.
Retorno humenado al V1 y entro en final directa pero a escasos 500 metros del porta el motor se incendia y debo eyectarme en proximidad del porta.

Despegamos nuevamente y el control nos envia a perseguir a unos contactos hacia el noreste. COmenzamos la persecusion pero viendo que no lograriamos alcanzarlos el V1 nos indica retornar al porta para cargar bombas. Durante el apontaje mi avion rebota por un descenso muy abrupto y en la caida rompo el tren y el ala aunque resulto ileso.

Ddecole como lider de ataque tras instrucciones CIC con Tehuelche de artillero para tener un par mas d eojos para labusqueda dle posible submarino.

Logramso encontrar el mismo epor Al soltar mi armamento este explota for falla de epoleta y morimos instataneamente.
